(Please note: A minimum of 6 participants are required for this Mastermind to be established and most effective)
Once a month for a year, Tami will facilitate, via Zoom, a 90-minute meeting for us to review the COACH Model and the ICF Core Coaching Competencies, then be placed into breakout-rooms for 1:1 practice while receiving personal/practical feedback for effective coaching growth and development.

1. Welcome. Share wins/challenges/questions (5 minutes)
2. Review a small piece of the COACH Model Workshop (10 minutes)
3. Practice coaching in pairs in Break-Out Rooms (45 minutes)
4. Debrief & Feedback (25 minutes)
5. Highlights & Next Steps (5 minutes)
3 times/year: Group Coaching Opportunity
(March 2022, July 2022, November 2022 )
The same agenda will occur as described above, except for #3, which instead will allow 1-2 members to volunteer being coached by the entire group as they present the "agenda" (Desired Outcome) and the rest of the group each partake in coaching the member through an entire COACH Model session.
